3. Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Account Creation
Each player may hold only one (1) pv88 account. Creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and maintain that information throughout the life of your account.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.2 Deposits
Deposits are credited to your pv88 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit thresholds apply as published on the platform from time to time. pv88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. pv88 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ section. pv88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
As a licensed operator, pv88 is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. pv88 may suspend, delay, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. 6. Gameplay Rules and Wagering

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game, pv88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pv88 platform and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:

- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or platform function;

- Collusion between players in any game or wager;
- Matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of wagering that exploits promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with their intent;
- Providing false identity or payment information;
- Any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
- Harassment or abusive behaviour directed at pv88 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the pv88 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video — is the property of pv88 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the pv88 platform without explicit written consent from pv88.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
pv88's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the pv88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. pv88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
pv88 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances outside pv88's control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
pv88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:
- You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
- pv88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- You have failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
- Regulatory or legal obligations require pv88 to do so;
- You have requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
Upon account closure for violations of these Terms, pv88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Verified balances of accounts closed for non-violation reasons will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your pv88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.
13. Amendments to These Terms
